Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how ZX Apps (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use SipTrack: Water Tracker (“SipTrack,” the “App”).

1. Information SipTrack Processes

Hydration and app data

SipTrack may process information you enter or generate in the App, such as water or beverage logs, hydration goals, units, reminder preferences, progress history, and appearance or personalization settings. The App is designed so this information can be stored locally on your device.

HealthKit data

If SipTrack offers Apple Health / HealthKit integration and you choose to enable it, the App may request permission to read or write only the health data types needed for hydration-related functionality. HealthKit access is optional and controlled by you through iOS permissions.

• HealthKit data is used only to provide health and hydration features requested by you.
• We do not sell HealthKit data.
• We do not use HealthKit data for advertising, marketing profiles, or data-broker purposes.
• SipTrack does not intentionally store personal HealthKit information in iCloud.

Notifications

If you enable reminders, SipTrack uses Apple’s notification system to deliver hydration reminders. You can change or revoke notification permission at any time in iOS Settings.

Subscriptions and purchases

Purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. We do not receive your full payment-card details. The App may receive transaction, entitlement, product, renewal, or purchase-status information needed to unlock paid features and restore purchases.

Diagnostics and App Store information

Apple may provide developers with aggregated or diagnostic information through App Store services. Apple’s handling of that information is governed by Apple’s own privacy terms. Any App Store privacy disclosures associated with SipTrack are intended to reflect the data practices of the App and the services it uses.

2. What We Do Not Intend to Do

SipTrack does not require an account to use its core hydration features. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use hydration or health information to build advertising profiles.

3. How Information Is Used

Information processed by SipTrack may be used to:

• record and display your hydration progress;
• calculate progress toward goals you configure;
• schedule reminders and enable widgets or related app experiences;
• sync with HealthKit when you explicitly authorize it;
• verify or restore App Store purchases and subscriptions;
• maintain app reliability, security, and performance.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Certain information may be processed by Apple when you use Apple services such as the App Store, StoreKit, notifications, HealthKit, iCloud system services, or device diagnostics. Those Apple services are governed by Apple’s policies and your device settings.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce our rights, protect users, or respond to valid legal process.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Hydration logs and settings stored locally by SipTrack remain on your device until you remove them, reset the relevant app data, or uninstall the App, subject to iOS backup behavior and Apple services you choose to enable.

HealthKit data can be reviewed and deleted using Apple Health controls. App Store purchase history is managed by Apple and is not deleted by uninstalling SipTrack.

6. Your Privacy Choices

You can control many privacy features directly from your iPhone, including HealthKit permissions, notification permissions, and other system access. You may also stop using the App and remove locally stored data by deleting the App, subject to any separate data you have chosen to store in Apple services.

7. Children’s Privacy

SipTrack is not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly design the App to collect personal information from children for behavioral advertising or profiling.

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature of the App and the information it processes. However, no device, operating system, network, or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. International Use

SipTrack may be available in multiple countries and regions. Privacy rights may differ by location. Where applicable law gives you additional rights, we will respect those rights as required.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when SipTrack’s features, integrations, or legal obligations change. The effective date above will be updated when a revised Policy is published.
