Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of SipTrack: Water Tracker and related features provided by ZX Apps (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using SipTrack, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose of SipTrack

SipTrack is a personal hydration logging, reminder, progress-tracking, and habit-building tool. It may help you record drinks, monitor progress toward goals, view trends, receive reminders, or interact with Apple health features when available.

2. Not Medical Advice

Hydration needs vary based on age, health conditions, pregnancy, medications, climate, activity, diet, and other factors. Any goal, estimate, reminder, hydration visualization, progress metric, or insight shown by SipTrack is for general informational and wellness purposes only. Do not ignore professional medical advice or delay seeking care because of information displayed in the App.

If you have a medical condition affecting fluid intake or fluid restriction, follow advice from a qualified healthcare professional rather than relying on the App.

3. Eligibility and Responsible Use

You are responsible for using SipTrack lawfully and safely. You must not misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it except where applicable law expressly permits, or use it to violate the rights of others.

4. Your Data and Device

You are responsible for information you enter into SipTrack and for maintaining appropriate security on your device. You control optional permissions such as notifications and HealthKit access through iOS.

5. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

SipTrack may offer auto-renewable subscriptions, including monthly and yearly plans. The exact price, billing period, introductory offer, and currency are shown by Apple before purchase and may vary by storefront.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, subject to any eligible trial or introductory offer.
• Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel them through Apple’s subscription-management controls before renewal.
• Renewal, billing, refunds, taxes, price changes, and payment processing are handled by Apple under the applicable App Store terms.
• Deleting SipTrack does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
• You can restore eligible purchases using the App’s restore-purchase functionality where provided.

6. Free Trials and Promotions

If a free trial or promotional subscription is offered, eligibility and duration are displayed before purchase. Unless canceled before the trial converts, the subscription may automatically continue as a paid subscription at the displayed price, subject to Apple’s terms.

7. Apple Health and Third-Party Services

Features that interact with HealthKit or other Apple services depend on Apple software, permissions, device compatibility, and availability. Your use of Apple services is also subject to Apple’s terms. You must comply with any applicable third-party terms when using third-party services through SipTrack.

8. Intellectual Property

SipTrack, including its software, design, branding, graphics, interfaces, and original content, is owned by or licensed to ZX Apps and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

9. Updates and Availability

We may improve, modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available on every device, operating-system version, country, or App Store storefront.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SipTrack is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, medically appropriate for you, or suitable for every purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZX Apps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunity arising from use of or inability to use SipTrack. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Termination

You may stop using SipTrack at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or material violation of these Terms. Subscription cancellation is handled separately through Apple.

13. EULA

Your license to the SipTrack iOS application is also governed by the SipTrack End User License Agreement and any mandatory terms that apply through Apple’s App Store.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the App or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
