PulseState / ZXApps
Data Controls & Deletion
Stop access, remove local copies, and manage records held by Apple or support.
Effective 19 September 2026
No PulseState account to delete
PulseState does not require a ZXApps account or keep a developer-hosted Health profile. Your Health records, local app storage, Watch copies, Calendar events, Apple purchases, and support messages are separate. Deleting one does not automatically delete the others.
1. Stop new Health access
On iPhone, open Health, tap your profile, and find PulseState under Apps or Apps and Services. Turn off the read and write categories you no longer want to allow. Review Watch workout permissions too if you use recording. Exact labels can vary with the operating-system version.
This stops future access covered by those permissions, but does not erase records already in Health or summaries previously copied to the app or Watch. Re-enabling access allows the app to read the permitted records again.
2. Remove app-local information
Delete PulseState from iPhone using Delete App, not Remove from Home Screen or Offload App. Remove the Watch app separately and remove its widgets and complications. This lets the operating system remove the associated local app storage; shared copies or another installed device may otherwise remain.
Review your device and iCloud backups separately. Restoring a backup can restore app preferences or cached data. If you reinstall PulseState and authorize Health again, its summaries can be rebuilt from records still in Health. ZXApps cannot remotely erase data or backups held on your Apple devices.
3. Manage Health records and Calendar events
Deleting PulseState does not automatically delete workouts it saved to Health or records from other apps and devices. In Health, review the relevant category and its records or data sources, then use Apple's deletion controls for the entries you want removed. Be careful: deleting Health records can affect other apps and synced devices.
Remove any plan events you added from your Calendar app. Turning off Calendar permission does not remove existing events. For cloud-synced records or backups, use Apple's or the calendar provider's own controls.
4. Cancel billing separately
Deleting data or the app does not stop a subscription. On iPhone, open Settings > your name > Subscriptions > PulseState to manage cancellation. Apple retains purchase and transaction records under its policies and applicable law.
5. Ask ZXApps to delete support information
Email zxapps1993@gmail.com with the subject “PulseState privacy request.” Identify the correspondence or information you want removed, preferably from the address used for the original request. Do not attach Health records or identification documents unless a proportionate verification step is specifically needed and agreed.
We will handle information we hold in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law. If we must retain something for a legal obligation or an unresolved dispute, we will explain the limit. Requests about Apple's records or a hosting provider's logs must use that provider's privacy controls.
