1. About these terms

PulseState is provided by ZXApps. Contact: zxapps1993@gmail.com. These terms describe use of PulseState and its optional paid features. Read them before using the app or purchasing Pro. If you do not agree, do not use the app; any purchase-related remedies remain subject to Apple's terms and your mandatory consumer rights.

For the app downloaded from Apple's App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) governs the software license. These are supplemental service terms, not a replacement custom EULA. Nothing here overrides the Standard EULA, applicable Apple terms, or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

2. General wellness, not medical care

PulseState helps you understand health and fitness records and personal trends. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or monitor a disease or medical condition, determine whether exercise is medically safe, or replace a qualified healthcare professional. It is not an emergency service.

Recovery, readiness, Body Energy, stress, training-load and fatigue indicators, recommendations, and training windows are calculated estimates. They are not clinical measurements, promises of performance, or validated predictions of illness or injury. A favorable score does not establish that you are healthy or safe to train. Correlation in your history does not establish causation.

Consider how you feel and professional advice before making health or exercise decisions. Do not change medication or treatment based on PulseState. If you have concerning symptoms, stop the activity and seek appropriate medical help. For an emergency, contact your local emergency services. More detail is in the Health & Fitness Notice.

3. Eligibility, devices, and available data

You must be legally able to accept these terms or have the permission of a parent or guardian where required. PulseState is not directed to children under 13. You are responsible for using it lawfully and for protecting access to your devices.

Features depend on compatible Apple devices and operating systems, Health permissions, recorded data, and sufficient history. Some need an Apple Watch or another source that writes suitable records to Health. Purchasing Pro unlocks supported features; it does not create missing Health records or guarantee that every metric will be available.

Source data may be incomplete, delayed, duplicated, inaccurate, or manually entered. Sensor availability and permissions vary. Watch, iPhone, widgets, and Siri can display summaries from different update times. Background refresh and Apple synchronization are not guaranteed to be immediate. Check timestamps and do not treat an unavailable or old value as a current measurement.

4. Pro subscriptions and trials

Available plans, included features, localized prices, billing periods, and any trial or introductory offer are shown in the app and Apple's purchase confirmation before you buy. Offers depend on Apple's eligibility rules and may not be available to every person or in every region.

Monthly and yearly plans are auto-renewing subscriptions. Apple charges the Apple Account used for the purchase. After an eligible free trial ends, the subscription renews at the displayed recurring price unless cancelled. Renewal charges may be processed during the 24 hours before the current period ends; cancel at least 24 hours before renewal or the trial ends to avoid the next charge, subject to Apple's displayed terms and applicable law.

Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions > PulseState, or use Manage Subscription in PulseState when available. Deleting the app, withdrawing Health permissions, or stopping use does not cancel a subscription. Apple's subscription screen shows your access end date; trial access may end upon cancellation.

5. One-time purchases, restoration, and refunds

If offered, the Lifetime plan is a one-time, non-renewing purchase of the included Pro access. “Lifetime” describes that purchase type; it is not a promise that the app, every future feature, or every device will be supported forever. This does not reduce statutory rights or commitments made at the time of purchase.

Buying Lifetime does not automatically cancel an existing subscription. Review your Apple subscriptions separately to avoid an unintended renewal. Use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account that made the purchase to restore eligible access on supported devices. Family Sharing applies only where Apple and the relevant product support it.

Apple handles billing and refund requests for App Store purchases. Refund eligibility is determined under Apple's processes and applicable law; this policy does not impose a blanket no-refund rule. Contact ZXApps for app-access problems, but do not send payment-card details.

6. Your information and responsible use

You retain your rights in information you enter. PulseState uses it only as needed to provide the features you choose, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of manual entries and for deciding whether to grant permissions, record a workout, share a screenshot, or add information to a calendar.

Do not use PulseState unlawfully, interfere with its security, misrepresent its estimates as professional medical findings, or infringe another person's rights. Intellectual-property and software-use rights are governed by the Standard EULA and applicable law. Apple, Apple Health, Apple Watch, and Siri are Apple trademarks. PulseState is an independent ZXApps app, not an Apple medical service or an Apple endorsement of our calculations.

7. Availability and legal protections

We aim to provide a useful app, but cannot promise error-free calculations, uninterrupted access, immediate synchronization, or a particular health or fitness outcome. Updates may change features or calculations. Apple services, device support, and third-party data sources are outside ZXApps' control. Keep copies of information you need; PulseState is not your sole medical or training record.

Warranties, liability limitations, and license termination are subject to the Standard EULA and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer guarantees. These terms do not require you to waive statutory privacy rights or access to remedies available under local law.

You can stop using PulseState and remove the app at any time. Cancel any subscription separately. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law. Contact us first if you need help resolving a problem; doing so does not restrict your right to seek other lawful remedies.

8. Changes and contact

We may revise these terms for changes to the app or legal requirements. The effective date identifies this version. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate, and any required agreement will be requested. Changes will not retroactively remove rights already acquired or mandatory consumer protections.
